Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2 

Get a medium mixing bowl and whisk together ⅓ cup almond flour.

Step 3 

Put ⅓ cup vital wheat gluten.

Step 4

Put ⅓ cup of oat flour. You can also put gluten-free flour if you want. 

Step 5

Put ½ teaspoon baking powder. ½ teaspoon of salt.

Step 6

Put ⅓ cup of Granulated Stevia. You can add any other sweetener of your choice.

Step 7 

Put one teaspoon of Cinnamon and ½ teaspoon of ground nutmeg. (Optional)

Mix all the ingredients.

Get another bowl and put 1 large egg and ½ teaspoon of pure Maple syrup. Maple Syrup is optional. 

Step 10 

Put ¼ cup of milk and ¼ cup sour cream. You can also use plain yogurt.

Step 11

Put 2 tablespoons of your favourite canola oil.

Step 12

Add 3 teaspoons of Vanilla extract. 

Step 13 

Add both ingredients and mix them well. Mix them until no dry ingredients are left in the bowl.

Step 14

Now get your donut pan and put all the mixture in it. Do not fill them too much. You should fill ⅔ of the cup.

Step 15 

Now bake the donuts for 10 to 12 minutes in the oven. 

Step 16

Get them out of the pan when time runs out and cool them for 3 minutes. Then use a butter knife and loosen the donut from the cavity. Place them on a wire rack to let them cool completely. Leave them for about 15 minutes.
