Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic clove, halved 
  • 2 Tablespoon unsalted butter, divided
  • Kosher salt
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons chopped leek
  • 10 cup fresh spinach (10 ounces)
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon Turkish Chilli powder
  • ⅔ cup Plain Greek-style Yogurt

Recipe 

Step 1 

Mix Yogurt, Garlic, and a little amount of salt in a small bowl.

Step 2 

Preheat your oven to 300°. Melt 1 tablespoon butter with oil in a large and heavy skillet. Use medium heat. Then add leek and scallion; after that, reduce heat to low. Then cool until it becomes soft. It will take about 10 minutes. Now add Spinach and lemon juice; season with salt. Then increase heat to medium-high; cook, turn frequently until it becomes wilted after four to five minutes.

Step 3

Now transfer the Spinach mixture to a 10skillet, which will leave any excess liquid behind. If you are using two smaller skillets, then divide the Spinach mixture equally between skillets. Make four deep indentations in the centre of spinach in a large skillet or maybe two indentations in each of the small skillets. Now carefully break 1 egg into each hollow. Also, remember to take care to keep the yolks intact. Bake them until the egg whites are set for ten to fifteen minutes. 

Step 4

Melt the remaining 1 tablespoon butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the Turkish chilli sauce and a pinch of salt and start cooking. Cook until it starts to foam and get browned bits formed at the bottom of the pan, for about one to two minutes. 

Step 5 

Add Oregano and cook for thirty more seconds. Remove the Garlic halves from Yogurt; discard. Spoon Yogurt over Spinach and eggs. Drizzle with spiced butter.

Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz = 100g full-fat cream cheese without food activities
  • 12 slices organic bacon
  • ¼ teaspoon dried organic thyme
  • 6 hard-cooked organic extra-large eggs

Recipe 

Step 1 

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2 

First, prepare the cream cheese filling, then combine the cream cheese and thyme in a small bowl and mix a spoon until well mixed. Then cover it and set it aside.

Step 3

Peel the eggs and cut them lengthwise with a sharp knife.

Step 4

Step 5

Fill six egg white halves with the cream cheese filling. Then cover it with the remaining six egg white halves.

Step 6

Take two bacon slices per filled egg and then wrap the eggs tightly in the bacon slices.
